Creating Podcasts
We bring all the podcasting equipment, and simply need a quiet room and access to electricity (and your students). The recording will be shared with the school to use as a resource to continue exploring Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Pampering + Wellness Sessions
Once every two weeks, we invite girls to join our wellness and pampering sessions.
What you will do: - Healthy nails tutorials - Nail art - Facial mask + Eye mask - Head + Foot Massage - Beauty treatments + more What you will get: - Make new friends - Develop wellness tips to succeed - Feel happier, stronger, healthier |
Muslima Mental Health Education
We are offering free Mental Health Education workshops for Muslim girls.
Workshops are delivered: - Saturday's face to face at community groups, organisations, schools or mosques - Wednesdays on Zoom from 5.30pm-6.30pm (1st Wed of each month only). Led by our Founder Ceo, Khadija Elaine Isadora, the UK's leading Youth Mentor, Mental Health First Aider and Author of The Youth Mentoring Tool Kit. Khadija will support participants in: -Reflecting on their Mental Health Fitness - How to overcome life challenges - Developing Healthy habits - Enhancing Self Awareness and Emotional intelligence - Tips to improve and organise thought patterns |
Participants receive free 1:1 mentoring
Parents/caregivers get free counselling

Our delivery team is trained in Mental Health First Aid, Safeguarding, Adverse Childhood Experiences and Supporting SEND and have Enhanced DBS checks.
