The TML Programme is a long term mentorship programme for our youth leaders.
Throughout the TML Programme our youth leaders participate in clubs and projects that allow them to reflect on their current situation, explore their assets, reframe their situation and develop the characteristics and qualities required to successfully enter employment.

Apply to take part in one of our group mentoring projects

Start 12 one to one mentoring sessions to reflect on your current situation, your strengths and actions to make  progression.

Join our Youth Leaders Club Projects to Explore your strengths, key qualities, characteristics and explore opportunities available to you.

Step 4

​Reframe

Complete our youth mentoring programme to navigate structural barriers, develop your growth mindset and have better experiences.

Step 5

​Develop

Complete work experience, put your learnings into practice. Develop your leadership skills, employability qualities, and your identity. 

Step 6

Launch Your Career

Gain an internship, part time or full time employment or enter Higher Education.
