About our programme
The TML Programme is a long term mentorship programme for our youth leaders.
Throughout the TML Programme our youth leaders participate in clubs and projects that allow them to reflect on their current situation, explore their assets, reframe their situation and develop the characteristics and qualities required to successfully enter employment. |
Step 1
Register to take part in Game Time, get a peer mentor or join the Youth Leaders Club.

Step 2
Complete 12 one to one mentoring sessions to reflect on your current situation, your strengths and actions to make progression.

Step 3
Join our Youth Leaders Club to develop key qualities, characteristics and explore opportunities available to you.

Step 4
Complete our career mentoring programme to navigate structural barriers, develop your growth mindset and thrive
|
Step 5
Complete work experience, put your learnings at TML into practice. Develop your employability qualities and skills.

Step 6
Gain an internship, part time or full time employment or enter Higher Education.

Join The TML Programme
When a young person joins the TML Programme, they become apart of our community and network of mentors and career professionals.
Our focus is on giving young people Safe activities Information and guidance Advocacy Opportunities with the aim support young people's progression at school or in their personal life. We do this to prepare you for your future and adult life. |
