We have prioritised our Youth Mentoring offer to provide a range of mentoring opportunities that support youth progression.

This includes long term one-to-one, group and career mentoring, youth-led projects and work experience opportunities, 

that allow young people to achieve their goals and targets.​

GAME TIME 2.0 (HAF Programme)

For 13 - 18 year olds, studying or living in Hackney, The TML Youth Leadership Programme develops leadership skills and a growth mindset to prepare for the next stage of life.

We aim to make participants stand out as role models in their community.

We have just been awarded funding from The National Lottery to continue the work with our existing and new youth leaders in Hackney. Register Now to join our Peer to Peer mentoring project for young people.

MET TALKS

​This event was a day for youth to reflect on and create innovative solutions, with deadlines, that African and Caribbean Communities can utilise to improve policing standards towards Black youth.

​Attendees received a Civil Leadership Certificate and skills based training.

GIRLS MENTORING PROJECT

This project involved workshops, trips and mentoring where girls reflected, explored, reframed and developed coping strategies to reduce stress, anxiety and improves well-being.

​The project also included podcasting and pampering sessions.

It's was free for 10-18 year olds living in selected boroughs.
